  I couldn't give zero which I would have preferred. The whole atmosphere is unfriendly and unhelpful. The receptionists are poor and at times have been downright rude. Exceedingly unhelpful to any who make queries. The GP we saw was extremely unhelpful to a distressed mental health patient and had absolutely no idea of how to deal with the situation. Again, no interest in assisting in any way. It was a sad reflection of how some GPS react. On the whole I felt that the mentally ill were being discriminated against. A total disgrace all round.
